Free on iPhone · wherever you are
BUGGO is a free iPhone app for UK parents with babies and young children: a map of places other families checked for step-free access, changing tables and space to run. Thirty seconds to add one. A sticker for the kids every time.
Pins carry the Family Score, so the map answers before you tap.
Bugg asks what you need first: a place, a whole morning, or an answer.
Thirty seconds, one thumb: how it went and eight amenities.
Hand the phone over. The kids peel a Sticker into their Passport.
Every answer comes from a family who was there with a buggy, a toddler or a five-year-old who needed to run. The app just keeps it honest.
The average of every family's verdict who's been — and why, right there: step-free, changing table, high chair.
Two or three places around the nap, on the map as a route. Families nearby can join.
A sticker per place, a Chapter per city, Slots waiting nearby.
Your family is hidden from other families until you choose to show it. We store each child’s birth month and year, never the day, and others only ever see an age range. No streaks and no nudges: the only alert is the one you choose, when a family joins your Plan.
A Chapter before you go: Bugg plans the days around the naps.

Free on iPhone, with an Android version to follow. Bugging, Stickers and the Family Score are free, and Ask Bugg has a free weekly allowance. Passport+ (£3.99/month or £29.99/year, 14-day trial on annual, renews automatically) unlocks unlimited Plans, Asks and Memories.
Yes — BUGGO works on your location, not a city list. Open it anywhere and the map shows what families near you have Bugged. Join the waitlist and we write once your town has enough Buggs to be useful.
Every answer is built from families’ Buggs and cites them. It can still get things wrong, so check before you go. Reason chips like “Step-free, 4 of 5 families” are query results, not sentences the model invented.
What your family has Bugged and shared — place and city names, Bugg answers, your children’s age ranges, stroller type, nap window and Trip dates — plus the questions you ask, typed or spoken. Google Maps also answers some place questions. Never your family name, your children’s names or birth dates, your photos or your position. It runs only with your consent — turn it off anytime in Family → Privacy.
Your Buggs, as “a family”. They count towards a Place’s Family Score and your name is never shown. If you turn on “Show my family to families nearby”, other signed-in families see your family’s name, the Places you Bugg and an age range for each child, never a birthdate. People without an account never see a family’s name, note or Bugg time.
Anytime, in the App Store. Nothing you’ve already Bugged or Passported is taken away when Passport+ lapses.
Wherever you are
BUGGO works on your location, not a city list: open it anywhere and the map shows what families near you have Bugged. Once families Bugg in a town it gets its own City Sticker, and your Passport collects them.
